A KING ST W BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Collaborated with Mackenzie Southey to transform the Quantum coffee shop building on King and Spadina into a hotel. The 11-story building features a unique industrial-mixed Entertainment District inspired design, with key features including exposed wood, brick and concrete, bright, bold colors, clean geometry, lots of space and lots of light. The OBC and AODA were also consulted to ensure accessibility for all.
