LIGHT, COLOR AND ENVIRONMENT 


This 3D hand built model shows a fun and colorful spin on the OCAD student library using the concept of light and color. The colors chosen were inspired by the colors used in the schools logo. 


Photographed caption of the interior of the model showing the vibrant light illuminating the bookshelves. Colorful arrow-like designs on the floor and walls act as visual design features but also direct the flow of traffic. 

*Note model appears to be slightly dark, but in reality natural light enters through windows on both sides of the library, and works together with the existing ceiling light to provide sufficient task light for easy reading.
